Foundry RV Park · Memphis, TX

Monthly & Long-Term

Built for the stay, not the overnight.

Most parks are designed around a weekend. Foundry was laid out for people who are here for months — working a project, running a harvest, or waiting out a winter. Thirty full-hookup sites at 2100 N Greenwood Street, Memphis, Texas — open now for water and sewer camping, with electric hookups on by October 15, 2026.

Site size

25′ × 75′

The difference between a month and a weekend is whether you can live in the space. Room for the unit, the truck, and a chair outside.

Utilities

30 / 50amp

Pedestal at every site (power on by October 15), potable water and sewer at the pad. Metered matters on a long stay.

Billing

1invoice

Monthly billing, and for crews a single invoice covering the whole block with one point of contact.

What a long stay needs

The things that stop mattering on night two and start mattering on week six.

Laundry you do not have to drive to. Internet that works well enough to handle a video call. Somewhere the dog can go. Asphalt instead of gravel, because six weeks of gravel dust gets into everything. A site wide enough that your slide is not over the neighbor's picnic table.

  • Laundry on site — washers and dryers in the service building
  • Park-wide Wi-Fi for remote work and staying in touch
  • Fenced pet area, pet friendly throughout
  • All-weather asphalt across the whole lot
  • Level pads, so you set up once and leave it
  • Room to expand well past 200 sites as demand grows

Who stays here by the month

Construction and commissioning crews. Three data center campuses are being built inside 45 road miles, along with the ongoing energy and utility work across the Panhandle. Multi-month assignments are the norm.

Harvest and ag crews. Texas cotton harvest runs roughly October through December, and custom crews travel in trailers.

Travelling professionals. Contract medical, utility and rail staff working Hall and Childress counties.

Snowbirds and long-haul travelers. US 287 runs right past the door between Amarillo and the Metroplex.
