Foundry RV Park · Memphis, TX

Crew Housing

Three campuses. One place to put your crew.

Foundry RV Park is a brand-new 30-site, full-hookup park at 2100 N Greenwood Street in Memphis, Texas — inside 45 road miles of three data center campuses under construction in the Texas Panhandle. Open now for water and sewer camping, with electric hookups on by October 15, 2026.

QTS & Lancium — Turkey, Hall County

42miles

The $10 billion Clean Campus build, up to 11 buildings on roughly 465 acres, projected at as many as 7,000 construction workers at peak.

IREN — Childress

43miles

A 750 MW campus with construction, commissioning and electrical crews hiring through the ramp.

Crusoe & Lancium — Childress County

44miles

A 1 GW grid-connected campus on roughly 270 acres.

Why crews end up here

Room for the rig, and a bed that is not two hours away.

Housing near this work is tight. Rents in Childress have climbed sharply as the campuses staff up, and the town has been working through a water supply problem since early September. Foundry is a different town on a different municipal system, about 29 miles up US 287, and every site in the park is new.

The layout was built for working rigs rather than weekend campers. One size of site, all of them big, with drive lanes on both outside edges so nobody is backing into an awning at the end of a twelve-hour shift.

  • 25′ × 75′ sites — a 40′ unit parks with the truck beside it, not behind it
  • Potable water and sewer at every pad now; 30-amp and 50-amp pedestals energized by October 15
  • Level, all-weather asphalt throughout — no gravel dust and no mud in March
  • Laundry on site, park-wide Wi-Fi, and a fenced pet area
  • Blocks of sites with monthly billing and one point of contact
  • Straight in off US 287 — no town driving with a fifth wheel behind you

For superintendents and commissioning leads

If you tow your own unit, this is the easy part — pick your dates, sign the agreement online from your phone, and pull in. Most travelling supervisors are working against a lodging per diem, and a monthly site typically leaves a good part of that in your pocket rather than a hotel's.

For general contractors and staffing firms

Tell us headcount and dates and we will hold sites. Monthly billing, one invoice, one phone number. If your people do not own rigs, talk to us anyway — we are working with trailer rental fleets on units set on our pads, and we would rather solve it than send you down the road.
